Happily Ever After is a Soothsayer’s folk tale spoken to a rapidly changing world. This Beautiful vortex of the make believe is a humbling statement which seeks to connect us to the animals who face us from their fragile habitats. The spectator is invited to encounter totems of the vanishing natural world through a vibrant lens whilst sensing an illusionary aftermath within the residue of Maria’s fantasy, Helsinki 2022
