“Château One’s Heart” takes a melancholic flashback trip on a vacation obscured with a bitter layer of failed romance, reflecting a hidden disappointment on the surface of an array of seemingly blissful and shimmering snapshots. The liquefying souvenir moments create a dimension of an emotional meltdown, giving way to surrender, a pending crisis and a tide of neurosis. The exhibition set-up sends the viewer into the narrative epicenter of the imaginative character – the memory of a hotel room, the broken heart.
